With 6.7 inches of extra wheelbase, the Rolls-Royce Ghost Extended offers unparalleled rear legroom within a sanctuary of comfort and luxury. And Rolls-Royce managed to retain the elegance and timeless lines of the original Ghost - extending the rear doors and the body panels around the rear door opening. The 102 pounds of additional weight in the extended version does not affect the manufacturer-provided acceleration or top speed figures, which maintains at zero 60 mph in 4.8 seconds and 155 mph. Inside the extended cabin, it’s all about stretching out in comfort with a reclining “Serenity Seat.” There’s also plenty of room for a refrigerator that is tucked away between the rear seats to store champagne and other refreshments – a feature that was developed with the input of a Master Sommelier to perfect the cooling temperatures for that special vintage. The Ghost Extended is powered by a twin-turbo 6.75-liter V12 engine making 563 horsepower and 627 pound-feet of torque. A new type of suspension enhances the “Magic Carpet Ride” experience thanks to variable shock absorbers, an industry-first upper wishbone damper, and self-leveling air strut assemblies.
