The Nautical Dawn was designed to “complement the style of [the owner’s] Oceanside residence.” A more private and exclusive reveal was held at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegant to showcase the “Homage to Silver Ghost.” This particular custom Dawn went to the proud collector Don Brinkerhoff, making this his sixth Rolls-Royce purchase. Each Dawn was developed specifically for each client, and each car is one-of-a-kind and personalized to suit the collector. Rolls-Royce Reveals Emerald-Clad Dawn
Each year, Rolls-Royce’s hub of luxury—the Summer Studio in Sardinia—hosts many of the company’s finest guests and best customers. This year, the group at the Summer Studio became the first to see a new Wraith and Dawn designed to reflect the beauty of Porto Cervo, a vibrant marina located on the Costa Smerelda. Isobel Dando, General Manager of Future Retail for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, described, “Patrons of our marque delight in inhabiting some of the world’s most beautiful enclaves. Sardinia, and its stunning Costa Smerelda, serves as the perfect backdrop for Rolls-Royce to host these patrons of true luxury in an intimate setting; The Rolls-Royce Summer Studio. The stunning Bespoke Wraith and emerald-embellished Dawn, inspired by the sights and colors of Porto Cervo, have been commissioned in the spirit that so many of our customers delight in.” The cars’ designs and color palettes reflect this beautiful area of the world. Perhaps the most intricate element of the new design is the fine jewel display found within the Dawn. A combination of stunning emeralds, iridescent mother of pearl, and white gold adorns the car’s interior, providing a timeless representation of Porto Cervo’s charm and Rolls-Royce’s bespoke luxury.

Rolls-Royce Dawn Deemed Luxury Car of the Year
England’s The Daily Telegraph has named the Rolls-Royce Dawn the Luxury Car of the Year. Annually, the news outlet holds the Telegraph Cars Awards, in which a panel of judges ranks automobiles based on various road tests and design. Of the Dawn, the judges described, “Dawn defines the very essence of luxury motoring. There is no other car that is more relaxing to drive or makes its occupants feel so special.” Torsten Müller-Ötvös, Chief Executive Officer of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars added, “As the summer season begins, Dawn is already lighting up some of the world’s most desirable hotspots, presenting true patrons of luxury with the most glamorous, social Rolls-Royce in history. On June 16, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars presented their VISION NEXT 100, a prototype of future luxury transportation. After months of research, the experts at Rolls-Royce developed a vehicle intended to meet the needs of the future consumer. The design answers three questions:

This month Rolls-Royce introduced the Phantom Zenith Collection. This bespoke collection is a series of 50 custom-made cars and that are some of the last Phantom Coupes and Phantom Drophead Coupes to ever be built.
In a press release Rolls-Royce Motor Cars CEO Torsten Müller-Ötvös said, “As we begin to write a bold new chapter in Rolls-Royce history, I am delighted to present a Bespoke Collection that so elegantly celebrates two of the world’s rarest and most celebrated luxury goods; Phantom Drophead Coupé and Phantom Coupé.”
As unique as these last Phantom Coupes are, something that is particularly intriguing is the tailgating gear inside. These vehicles were built for tailgating in style. The Zenith Collection Phantoms are equipped with luxury amenities like a built-in Champagne cooler with enough room to chill two bottles and store eight crystal flutes. A Rolls-Royce picnic hamper is also an option in these rare Phantoms. The picnic hamper has enough storage for everything one may need for a meal on the go. This tailgate even comes with seating. The Zenith Collection cars have a padded, leather-wrapped tailgate that offers comfortable seating for two.

This lovely event took place Saturday, March 12 at the Empire Polo Club. The seated luncheon benefitted the Barbara Sinatra Center for Abused Children.
We were so happy to be a part of this great cause that supports the Children’s Center. This charity provides individual, group and family therapy programs that address issues associated with children suffering the effects of child abuse and neglect who are at risk to be abused.
Attendees of the luncheon were able to check out and test drive our latest Rolls-Royce models. The luncheon accompanied The Presage Fashion Show where stunning designs from Pal Zileri, Versace, and La Petite Robe were presented in a runway show.
It was a lovely afternoon. The Polo America Classic is one of the best events of the polo season and we were happy to be a part of it this year.
